Kylie Karam (she/her/hers), a dancer and choreographer from Pittsburgh, began dancing at the age of two. Her passions led her to pursue a degree in dance at Kent State University. Here, she obtained a B.F.A. in Dance Performance with a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship, while maintaining her status in the Honors College and achieving the academic honor of summa cum laude.

Kylie has had the great privilege of performing works by renowned choreographers, such as Brandon Lee Alley, Norbert De La Cruz III, Rena Butler, Micaela Taylor, Hope Boykin, Amy Hall Garner, Stefanie Batten Bland, Tiffany Rea-Fisher, Ray Mercer, Yoshito Sakuraba, Kellie St. Pierre, Erik Wagner, Catherine Meredith, Morgan Walker, Michael Uthoff, and Heinz Poll. Additionally, she has performed at various festivals and conferences, such as the American Dance Guild Festival, the American College Dance Association East-Central Conference, the Cleveland Severance Hall Commemorative Concert, the Cleveland Dance Festival, the “Dancing Together” Mount Vernon Festival, and the Ohio Statehouse Holiday festival.

To supplement her studies, Kylie has participated in several intensive programs. These include the SALT Contemporary Dance’s LINK Festival, New Dialect Winter Intensive, BODYTRAFFIC Summer Program, Alonzo King LINES Ballet Summer Program, and Regional Dance America's National Choreography Intensive under the direction of Peter Chu.

This past summer, Kylie served as a Seasonal Company Member with The Movement Project. She is currently beginning her first season with the Dancing Wheels Company as a Company Member. This upcoming fall, she will be performing a new work by Morgan Walker at the Detroit Dance City Festival. Additionally, Kylie will be presenting a self-choreographed solo at Cleveland Dance Fest this November.
